Director of Kitchen Ministries

The Director of Kitchen Ministries will oversee the operation of all church kitchens, dining areas, kitchen supplies, inventory and equipment.

Associate Director of Neighborhood Ministries

The Associate Director of Neighborhood Ministries is responsible for supporting the director with operations of the church’s after school and summer ministries to children and youth in our community. In conjunction with the Director of Neighborhood Ministries provides oversight for the curriculum, worship, operations, goals, staffing, discipline and administration of the Neighborhood Ministries program.

Youth & Neighborhood Ministries Administrative Assistant

Support person for Director and Associate Director of Youth Ministries; Director and Associate Director of Neighborhood Ministries. Provides frontline contacts with students, parents, and interdepartmental staff requiring active problem-solving and effective interpersonal skills.

Lead Teacher – First Steps Preschool

First Steps Preschool at First United Methodist Church has an opening for a full-time Lead Teacher. A Lead Teacher plays a leading role in planning, teaching, and organizing age-appropriate classroom activities and is responsible for total classroom operation. Other duties may be assigned which are not listed.
