Job Summary
The Youth Praise Band Coordinator provides leadership, organization, and spiritual support for the Youth Praise Band at First United Methodist Church of Lakeland. Rooted in a Christ-centered and inclusive faith, this role nurtures young musicians as disciples of Jesus Christ by fostering meaningful worship, encouraging spiritual growth, and supporting a welcoming, joyful team environment. The Coordinator works collaboratively with church staff and volunteers to align the ministry with the mission and vision of First UMC—helping youth grow in faith, serve others, and experience the transforming love of God through worship and music.
