Adult Children of Alcoholics
Adult Children of Alcoholics is a
Twelve Step,
Twelve Tradition
program of women and men who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional
homes.
Sundays at 6:00pm in the
Epworth House.
Attention Deficit Disorder
Support Group Meets once a quarter on Thursdays at 7:00pm Call the Church Office for
next scheduled meeting
Alcoholics Anonymous and
Ala-Non
Alcoholics Anonymous® is
a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope
with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to
recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to
stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are
self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any
sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to
engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our
primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve
sobriety.
Mondays at 8:00pm in the Aldersgate House.
Compassionate Friends
The mission of The Compassionate
Friends is to assist families toward the positive resolution of grief
following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help
others be supportive. 2nd Monday at 6:30pm in Room D4.
Narcotics Anonymous
"NA is a nonprofit
fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major
problem. We … meet regularly to help each other stay clean. ... We are not
interested in what or how much you used ... but only in what you want to do
about your problem and how we can help."
Thursdays at 6:00pm in the Aldersgate
House.
Noah's Ark
Noah's
Ark of Central Florida is committed to empowering individuals who have
developmental disabilities by advocating on their behalf and by providing
or facilitating meaningful employment, recreational and social
opportunities and affordable housing choices.
2nd Thursday at 7:00pm in Room E4.
